Can I isolate?

from my heart that longs to be close to others pulsating in anguish

from my brain that drives me to places of fear, anger, boredom and madness

from my arms that reach out to hold and touch others

from my legs that take me to places where things lurk and linger; waiting

from my hands that betray me by touch in a tainted world

from my face that beckons with itch tempting deadly hitchhikers to the promised land

from my mouth that is insatiable; ingesting all that comes its way

from my eyes that show wonder and worry to the rest of the system; granting full access

from my ears that hear skepticism and the calls for recklessness

from my nose that like a vacuum, inhales danger disguised with life sustaining air

from my lungs that offer sanctuary for terrorists to thrive and grow
